Muti emerges as a captivating four-part series originating in South Africa, intricately woven with threads of folk remedies and the mystique of witchcraft. Within each piece, a profound exploration unfolds, delving into allegorical dimensions of age-old healing practices that mirror the contours of my individual life and transformative journeys. Each piece is 12 inches by 16 inches, oil on board, and painted from life over a two to three week period.
